1. Scope and application
“Web3 Market” and “we” refer to the service provider. “Client” and “you” refer to the individual or organization requesting services. These terms apply together with the quote, confirmed messages, minutes or separate agreement for each project. If there is a conflict, the separately confirmed agreement takes priority.
2. Services
Services may include websites and landing pages, chatbots, OCR, internal software, API integration, automation, technical audits and related work. The exact scope is established only after both parties agree on functions, deliverables, schedule, fees, source-code rights and cooperation responsibilities.
3. Quotes and project confirmation
A quote is a proposal based on the available information and remains valid for the period stated in it. A project starts when the client confirms the scope and completes the agreed initial payment. Additional requests or scope changes will be reassessed for schedule and cost before implementation.
4. Client responsibilities
- Provide information, content, accounts, access and feedback lawfully, accurately and on time.
- Be responsible for ownership or lawful use of images, brands, data, software and content supplied to the project.
- Do not request conduct that violates Vietnamese law, privacy, intellectual property or the lawful rights of third parties.
- Review and accept deliverables within the agreed period.
5. Handover, source code and warranty
Handover method, usage rights, source-code ownership and data rights are stated in the quote or separate agreement. Warranty covers technical defects within the delivered scope. It does not cover new features, out-of-scope changes, third-party platforms, the client’s infrastructure or misuse contrary to instructions.
6. Prohibited assistance
Web3 Market does not provide services intended to conduct, conceal or support conduct that violates Vietnamese law, including unauthorized access, malware, fraud, data theft, prohibited content, copyright infringement or privacy violations. We may refuse, suspend or terminate services where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a violation may occur.
7. Vietnamese law and lawful authority requests
Web3 Market operates and provides services in compliance with Vietnamese law. Upon a lawful request from a competent authority, we may retain and provide relevant information, documents, technical logs or data within the requested scope and in accordance with legal procedure. We will verify the authority and scope of the request and apply appropriate security measures, unless the law requires urgent handling or prohibits notice.
8. Limitation of liability
Web3 Market performs services with professional care and within the agreed scope, but does not guarantee business results, search rankings, revenue or absolute compatibility with every third-party service. Each party’s liability is determined by the separate agreement and applicable law.
9. Complaints and disputes
Please contact us and provide project information when submitting a complaint. The parties should first make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter within a reasonable time. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be resolved under Vietnamese law by a competent authority.
